Primitive ….

Posted on

One I made earlier! This little fellow is made from vintage linen (nice and thick to work with) stained with coffee, cinnamon and vanilla mixture so he is rather pale and lovely. He is approx 8″ tall and standing on old cotton reels. These are vintage plastic ones that I took a fancy to but I have another little dog who stands on wooden ones. You can just see him in the background together with his little buddy. They all have cute red felt collars with vintage metal buckles. The will be in my Folksy shop as soon as I can work it out – or call in to Hut 8 at Herne Bay Pier Village, Herne Bay,Kent

About tulipcat

I am a mixed media artist born in Coventry, UK. On earning a good art degree I believed it time to give myself permission to call myself an artist. Together with my little fat cat Katy I swapped seagulls for crows and moved to the South Coast. We gathered up two stray kitties on the way and the four of us now make art by the seaside. Life is good
